By using the services provided by IHSS In-Home Supportive Services Assistance (“the Company”), you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may discontinue your use of our in-home supportive services at any time. These Terms apply to all service plans, including the Silver Plan, Gold Plan, and Platinum Plan.
The Company provides administrative support, document preparation, and guidance to assist applicants with the IHSS (In-Home Supportive Services) application process. We do not:
Determine IHSS eligibility
Approve or deny services
Represent the County or State
Influence IHSS decisions
All eligibility determinations, needs assessments, and service authorizations are made solely by the County IHSS Program.
Our role is limited to application preparation, process guidance, and document organization.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Review all documents before signing
Submit their completed application for in-home supportive services (IHSS) to the proper county authority
Communicate directly with their assigned IHSS social worker
Attend all required interviews, assessments, and home visits
The Company is not responsible for delays or denials caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information provided by the client.
Basic Support Plan
Includes document preparation, step‑by‑step guidance, and submission instructions for in-home supportive services (IHSS).
Guide Care Plan
Includes all Silver services plus application review, DocuSign coordination, and a printed submission‑ready package tailored for IHSS applications.
Complete Care Plan
Includes all Silver and Gold services plus interview preparation, caregiver guidance, and the preparation and printing of the completed application and all required documents for client submission related to in-home supportive services.

Payments for in-home supportive services (IHSS) are due at the time the services are requested. Because our services involve time, labor, and document preparation, all fees are non‑refundable once work has begun. If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information related to in-home supportive services (IHSS) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by you. Children’s information is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only collected when necessary for IHSS application preparation.
While we strive to prepare accurate and complete documentation for in-home supportive services (IHSS), we cannot guarantee: IHSS approval, specific service hours, assessment outcomes, or processing timelines. All decisions are made solely by the County IHSS Program.
Clients utilizing IHSS, or in-home supportive services, may request: corrections, updates, or deletion of stored documents. We securely store documents only for the duration necessary to complete the service.
The Company is not liable for:
IHSS denials or delays related to in-home supportive services,
County processing issues,
Client failure to submit documents,
Changes in IHSS laws or policies,
Misuse or alteration of documents after delivery.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our in-home supportive services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
